Built by a director, for directors.
PrimeTeach started with a 6am phone call, a short-staffed room, and a director who decided there had to be a better way.

For 7 years, Nichelle Harper-Nuells was part of the recruitment team at a San Antonio nonprofit that hired, trained and developed teachers for local charter schools, helping build its human capital system. She helped recruit 231 educators. That work lit a fire: she went on to earn a master’s in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, the science of hiring the right people and helping them stay.
She has also worked inside childcare centers, including as an assistant director, covering classrooms, supporting teachers and juggling the 6am call-outs. As a Registered Behavior Technician, she brings behavioral science into how teachers are trained.
PrimeTeach Recruit puts all of it to work for San Antonio childcare centers, learning centers and charter, private and micro schools. PrimeTeach Academy trains the subs, and the teams they support, with an 8-course, 24-hour TECPDS-approved curriculum Nichelle built from the ground up.
