First Training Cohort Completed
We launched our very first hands-on training cohort, led by a TECPDS-Certified Trainer, preparing a select group of substitute teachers with real classroom strategies and professional readiness. All trainees earned Certificates of Completion.

We introduced the 30/20 Trial, giving select San Antonio childcare centers the chance to experience PrimeTeach substitutes for just $20/hour — helping us prove the power of quality staffing without the upfront commitment.
