PrimeTeach was founded by Nichelle Harper-Nuells, an educator, workforce development professional, and organizational development practitioner who recognized a growing challenge within the childcare industry.


Too many organizations struggle to find qualified staff while educators often lack access to meaningful professional development and career advancement opportunities.

PrimeTeach was created to bridge that gap.


Today, PrimeTeach supports childcare organizations through recruitment, staffing, workforce development, and professional learning experiences designed to strengthen the field from the inside out.

With experience spanning education, recruitment, behavior analysis, and leadership development, Nichelle understands the challenges childcare organizations face when attracting, developing, and retaining quality educators.
